A fair fashion outfit with Paala it is today. As soon as the weather is getting warmer I am getting overexicted to share more of my outfits again. Sure, Winter with all it’s layering fun is nice too, but I am more of a clean outfit person, and I just enjoy wearing a pencil skirt with a nice blouse five days a week. Which I am doing these days, as Spring is arriving here in Germany.
Be ready for a bunch of pencil skirt and blouse combinations in the coming weeks – can’t help it, it is just what I love wearing these days. Since my blog is all authentic and I am only sharing what I am wearing in real life, you have to live with a ton of pencil skirt-blouse looks 😀
So what is the thing with this blouse? I have been wearing it back here with some wide black pants which was one of my favorite looks last fall. The denim blouse is the from the fair fashion label Paala, located in the Netherlands. All garment fabrics from Paala are sustainable, GOTS certified organic cotton, viscose blends like the highly sustainable Tencel Lyocell and Modal viscose, Hemp, Linen and naturally sustainable Bamboo Viscose. All suppliers of the label are members of the Fair Wear Foundation. And the whole production process is kept as close to Amsterdam as possible.
These are the kind of labels I LOVE to support!
My denim blouse here in from the fall 2016 collection and I having my eyes on a few pieces from the spring 2017 collection which comes with pastels (which I looooove) and laid back styles. Check it out at Paala.nl.
And about the skirt? It is some three years old by now and probably one of my most worn items. I wear it around once to twice a week and I can combine it with almost every top in my closet. If I should ever make a capsule wardrobe, this skirt would be part of 100%. I love it.
Talking about capsule wardrobes. I have been writing a little about Honest Rosie here and there on the blog lately. I case you have not yet checked out their Kickstarter Campagin, I think you should: Kickstarter.com. Christine created a collection of only 6 pieces – and you can create 30 outfits with those 6 pieces! I find the idea like sooooo cool! And I really hope their kickstarter will be successful.
You can check out the collection and the 30 outfits you can create with it right here.
How do you like this look? And what is your favorite combination at the moment? Are you with me when it comes to pencil skirts and blouses or do you find this combination too classy/ boring 😉 ? I would love to know!
I hope you are all having a great week filled with joy and sunshine!
